Our chocolate is handcrafted in Honokaʻa, Hawai'i and produced in small batches to ensure the finest quality. We start by selecting the finest cacao beans and carefully roasting, refining and conching the final product, making minute adjustments throughout the process to ensure each batch expresses its full potential.

Camino Verde Fermentary cacao beans are sourced directly from single-estate farms to ensure the highest quality product and fair trade for local farmers.
