Hawaii is a very special place, due in large part to its remoteness. A consequence of this is that shipping is expensive, but we've found that the most efficient and cost effective methods are through USPS flat rate and FedEx One Rate. If you choose FedEx, note that they do not ship to PO Boxes - you must ship to a physical address.
Note: in the summer months we can not guarantee that your chocolate doesn't arrive partially melted, particularly if you are in one of the hotter areas of the country. Also during summer months, we try not ship over the weekend in order to ensure our chocolates to you as quickly as possible. If you purchased the chocolate as a gift, we recommend letting recipients know that a fragile gift is on the way to make sure chocolate is not left outside for long periods of time.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on our chocolates for obvious reasons (tampering, etc). If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged. Please send us an email through our Contact Us page and we can discuss further.
