Shipping Policy

Hawaii is a very special place, due in large part to its remoteness. A consequence of this is that shipping can be expensive, but luckily we have teamed with FedEx and get extraordinary discounts.  Inter-island shipments using FedEx are overnight and mainland shipments are two-day.  So. you get your chocolates faster and at extraordinary great shipping rates.  Note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes - you must ship to a physical address.

Note: in the summer months we can not guarantee that your chocolate doesn't arrive partially melted, particularly if you are in one of the hotter areas of the country.  Also during summer months, we try not ship over the weekend in order to ensure our chocolates get to you as quickly as possible.  If you purchased the chocolate as a gift, we recommend letting recipients know that a fragile gift is on the way to make sure chocolate is not left outside for long periods of time.  We take every reasonable precaution to keep your order in the best condition possible. When your chocolate arrives, the best thing you can do is refrigerate it.  If you've taken our tours, you know that the temper of the chocolate (the shiny smooth surface, snap and melting point) has no impact on the smoothness or taste of the the chocolate.  No worries if its not pretty - it will still taste great!

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on our chocolates for obvious reasons (tampering, etc). If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged. Please send us an email through our Contact Us page and we can discuss further.
